Privacy
This page says what Prac Room by Eventia stores about you, why, who processes it, which cookies it sets, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.
Who is responsible

What we store
- Your email address, to identify your account and send you sign-in emails, such as the confirmation and password links.
- Your name, so your teacher and school know who you are.
- Your time zone, to show dates in your local time.
- Your password, stored only as a digest, never as the password itself.
- For each session, the IP address and browser it started from, and when it was last used.
- If you link Google: your Google account ID, so the next "Continue with Google" finds your account.
- Practice content: the schools and courses you are part of, and their exercises and play-alongs.
Who processes it
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. It reaches only:
- The email service that delivers the emails Prac Room sends you, such as password links.
- Google, when you choose "Continue with Google": Google tells us your email address and name.
- Cloudflare, which carries every request between your browser and our server.
Where it is kept
On our own server in Portugal. Each night an encrypted copy goes to Google Drive, readable only with our keys, and copies older than 12 days are deleted.
Cookies
Prac Room sets two cookies, both needed to sign in:
Sessions
A session lasts until you sign out or until it goes unused for 12 months. An admin session ends after 14 days unused.
Your data
To get a copy of your data or to have it deleted, email [email protected]. We answer within one month.
Changes
When this page changes, the "Last updated" date changes.
